🧪 How to Test

Open the PWA at https://pwa.naps.ai
Navigate to any list with multiple items

Click and drag the handle to reorder items
Drop to reorder - the change should persist
Try dragging between different lists (should be blocked)
Test with both active and completed items

🎨 Visual Indicators

Drag handle: Three dots icon, appears on hover
Dragging: Item becomes semi-transparent with shadow
Drop target: Blue highlight and top border
Cursor: Grab → Grabbing during drag
